At Moore Pathways, we believe that your past does not define your future. We are a nonprofit organization based in Shreveport, Louisiana, dedicated to supporting:

• Justice-involved adults (formerly incarcerated)  

• Youth ages 18–26 aging out of foster care

Our mission is to provide virtual workforce readiness training, mentorship, and remote job placement, empowering people to reclaim their dignity and build sustainable futures.

At Moore Pathways, we empower justice-involved adults and youth transitioning out of foster care by providing the tools, training, and support they need to succeed in today’s virtual workforce.

We specialize in:

Through digital literacy coaching, resume and interview preparation, soft skills workshops, and employer collaborations, we bridge the gap between potential and opportunity—ensuring every participant has a clear, supported path toward meaningful employment and independence.

✨ Our Story

Founded by Yaminah “Minah” Moore, Moore Pathways was created from both personal experience and professional insight.

After two decades working in remote customer service, tech support, and leadership, Yaminah recognized a critical gap: many people with immense potential were being left behind—not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked opportunity.

Drawing on her Southern roots, lived experience, and spiritual calling, she launched Moore Pathways to help people navigate new beginnings — with grace, structure, and soul.
